ADMISSION POLICY
General Admission Guidelines
- Age Criteria: For Preparatory class, child must be 3+ years as on 1st April of the academic year.
- Documents Required: Birth certificate, Aadhaar card, previous school records (if applicable), and 4 passport-size photographs.
- Admission Period: Admissions open in January for the academic year starting April (April 2024 - March 2025 session).
- Uniform: Mandatory from first day; available at designated vendor (Raju Dresses).
Academic Requirements
- Class I-XII: Based on availability of seats and performance in previous class.
- Senior Secondary (XI): Stream allocation (Science/Commerce/Humanities) depends on Class X board results and aptitude.
- Transfer Students: Require transfer certificate from previous CBSE-affiliated school.
Fee Structure (2024-25)

Note: Fee is charged for 12 months. Non-payment for 2 consecutive months may lead to removal from rolls.
Key Policies
- Attendance: 90% minimum required for promotion; 100% mandatory for board exam eligibility.
- Language: English is the medium of instruction and mandatory communication language on campus.
- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smart watches, or any electronic gadgets (confiscated if found).
- Discipline: Strict adherence to Code of Conduct; misconduct may lead to suspension/expulsion.
Important Notes
- No admission tests for classes Preparatory to VIII.
- Special needs students should inform school during admission process.
- 75% seat reservation for local residents of Guwahati.
